Just a short ride away you will find a whole host of exciting and interesting shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes in Newport. We’re pretty sure you’ll want to visit the beach during your stay at one of our beautiful cottages in Wales and with Newport Sands just 2.6 miles away you can do so with ease. The mile and a half long beach is dog friendly so it is a wonderful place to walk with the family pet. For those looking to embrace the Pembrokeshire coastal path (2.3 miles away), you can join the trails North East to Poppit Sands and West towards Fishguard. The Trewern Arms provides ample entertainment, food and drink at Nevern, with numerous further pubs and eateries just a short drive away in Newport, Fishguard and Cardigan.
