Relaxing in front of a log burning stove can be the perfect way to end an exciting day out walking or exploring the fantastic Pembrokeshire coast.
Sit back, relax and cosy up to your loved ones in front of a roaring fire – it’s an ideal way to spend the evening.
The autumn and winter months are perfect for taking a peaceful and relaxing break in one of our luxury Pembrokeshire cottages. The cooler weather at this time of year is ideal for bracing walks along the Pembrokeshire coastal paths, followed by an evening relaxing by a fire back at your cottage.
All our Experience Môr cottages have at least one log burning stove, and some of the larger properties have two.
Time stands still
as you enter a
secluded wooded valley
that feels all your very own.
Another great stay, our 11th. Weather has been perfect, great walks and Fish & Chips at the Shed (Porthgain). A wonderful place to see in the New Year with log fire and hot tub Hope to be back soon
Really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful house with good facilities and excellent location. Would recommend Newport and Aberfforest beaches, as well as Newgale. The Golden Lion in Newport is excellent for food, and is dog friendly.
A very enjoyable 2 weeks in a comfortable well-equipped cottage with a beautiful garden and situated in a superb location
A great place, time and craic, much laughter
Thank you for a wonderful week in West Wales, enjoyed by the 4 generations who stayed here
Had a lovely holiday, one of the best in this beautiful part of the world. Can't beat the view and the sunsets
Beautiful cottage in a great location - idyllic even. Thank you very much for providing such a venue. The cottage amenities were great too - very comfortable beds, great kitchen & lounge
Wonderful stay in Penmynydd Uchaf, the views, garden and countryside location were as expected and more. House is well stocked with anything you would need. Bath robes and towels were very helpful. Extra freezer was also very much appreciated. Looking forward to visiting again!
An awesome host, house and view. Our stay stay was superb. Lovely weather and days out exploring beautiful Pembrokeshire. Thank you Jonty and Talley (J's 18 month old black lab who adopted us) 1
4th time in the valley, gets more enjoyable and beautiful each time - sorry we missed the fizz Jonathan. See you next time! Thanks for everything
We've all had such a lovely time, so remote and tranquil its the perfect place to relax. Jonathan was very welcoming and generous, a truly delightful host. Will definitely be back
Our first Christmas away. What a beautiful cottage with stunning surroundings, couldn't have wished for anymore. Well equipped with a personal touch. Comfy beds, log burner, lovely hot showers he kist is never ending. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
I really don't have words to express. Don't want to see heaven, but this is heaven on earth & also a holy place. I wish I could write 100 pages about the cottage but this will be less.
- “This was our first visit to Penmynydd Uchaf and we absolutely loved it. With its fantastic views and beautiful location we couldn’t have wanted more. The house was stunning, very well equipped and very very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to leave! We will most definitely be visiting again and we hope to visit one of Jonty’s other properties in the very near future. Thanks for the memories Jonty.”
Our 4th stay in Jonathan's cottages, idyllic setting here our favourite location. We'll be back I'm sure. Thank you
Had the most amazing time - that good we even extended our stay by 2 nights! We certainly had the best experience with Jonty & Dan, both top boys. Loved taking Talley (Jonty's young lab) with our 2 on beaches. We will be back!!
Great relax. Peaceful house, total switch off. Newport so unspoilt. Thank you for wine etc, hope to see you again!
A truly amazing week +drama off missing dog (Inca belongs to Jonty). So lovely & welcoming. Intend to return for our 40th in July 2018! Birdlife amazing
Lovely week - very relaxing, wonderful location. Loved the local walks, the river and nearby beaches.
Beautiful house with beautiful grounds! Log burner a hit too! Decorated beautifully and sympathetically.
Paddy wants to recommend running and swimming like a looney at Newgale, followed by a nap by the woodburner :)
“wow this is ours for the week” We had a fantastic stay in glandwr. The house is very dog friendly with a lovely log burning fire and sky tv so very cosy in the evening.
The location is fantastic - lovely and quiet and great to be close to beaches and walking routes. The cottage is incredibly well equipped, and we loved the underfloor heating and log fire. Tan y Garn allowed us to feel truly relaxed for a week - and believe me, that doesn't happen often!
